I want to make these for my upcoming recital. My mother and I tried a trial run using white Baker's chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips, but the darker chocolate slid down the white chocolate, making it look messy. We did let the white dry completely before coating with the dark. Any thoughts as to why this happened? We want to get this right, but we're not sure what went wrong!
