Wow – very impressive. I would love to take one of your classes. I really like the 3-tiered cake with the asymmetrical flowers. But really, they’re all impressive. What a great teacher you are.

Oh how I wish I could take one of your classes. Although I am making progress by teaching myself, I have so many questions! Have you ever thought about making a DVD? I’d buy one! Or maybe you could have a weekend class?
