Happy Monday! I am so happy to share this next photo shoot with you…it might be one of my favorites of all time!!! One of my best girlfriends, Jesi Haack, wanted to do a fun shoot at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and I knew I had to be in on it. I love the fun pops of color everywhere and the florals that my sweet friend Carissa, from JL Designs, created are simply stunning! Gabriel Ryan Photography shot the fabulous photos!
For the cake I was really inspired by a chevron style pillow I saw online and wanted to mimic that on the cake, so Kyong hand painted the design in various color and then we accented the top of the cake with a vibrant sugar flower!

Pitbulls and Posies created amazing paper designs for the day!

Jesi and Carissa always blow me away with their design concepts and inspire me every time!

How cool is this heart shaped tumbleweed!

Fiore Beaty did the hair and make up for the day and I thought the models looked stunning! I also love the heart hair clip form Ban.do!

Here’s one more look at the cake with a different background and the accent of some tumbleweeds around it…

I’m in LOVE with the bouquet!

This was such a fun team to work with and we were all SO happy when we found out Design Sponge wanted to feature it as well, so you can check it out their post here.
Hope you liked this Palm Springs shoot as much as I did…thanks for stopping by!

I am obsessed with ALL things Chevron lately. My pinterest account is proof of that. I love, love, love this cake. I love the fresh take on the Chevron pattern.
I didn’t realize those were models until you said so! The whole wedding setting looks beautiful and such an unusual location. I thought it was part of the hip chain of Ace Hotels but it doesn’t look like it!
