I absolutely LOVE these photos from this photo shoot I got to be a part of for a feature in Nonpareil Wedding Magazine! Jen, from Green Wedding Shoes, came up with the idea for the shoot and Cortnie, from Canvas & Canopy, brought it all to life with the help of Meg, from Le Partie Events, who did the breathtaking florals! You can check out the whole list of the fabulous vendors at the bottom of the post!

Of course the amazing Elizabeth Messina captured all the moments with her photos…can’t thank her enough!

I absolutely love the decor pieces…

For the first cake for the shoot I took a more masculine take on it and did a basic outline on the cake and then did a sugar succulent on top of the cake.

I also made two custom cupcakes with individual sugar flowers…

For this next cake I did a more feminine look it. I covered the cake in coral fondant and then did grey sugar lace and a whimsy sugar flower.

This next cake might be one of my favs…I love the mint green color, the cluster sugar flowers in three different colors, the sugar threads, and the white lace!
