Wedding season is still upon us and that means LOTS of cakes to share with you! This first wedding was actually from last year & it was for a friend of mine! It was a pleasure making their cake & mini cupcakes & overall I was really happy with their white and white wedding cake! They wanted elegant and I think that’s what I gave them!

We made white sugar peonies for the top of the cake, a large sugar bow for the middle, brush embroidery flowers, and fondant draping to resemble her dress.

The cake was on a table all by itself so it would stand out and then they also had a table full of mini cupcakes!

Here is the gorgeous couple enjoying their cake! Thanks so much to Aaron Delesie for the beautiful photos!

And of course the yummy inside…

Here is another wedding cake we did recently. Pleating, sugar bows, and tiny dots!

Lastly we had the pleasure of doing a wedding cake & anniversary cake for a sweet couple at Rancho Las Lomas.

I loved the lace, ribbons, and large fushia garden rose!

They wanted a little bird topper too, so we did a sculpted pair & painted them in a champagne shimmer.

The sweet bride also wanted to surprise her parents with an anniversary cake since they were celebrating their special day along with them! They wanted to keep it simplistic & use fresh succulents…I love the look of it!

Thanks for stopping by the blog!
